The Team

Staff Members at Mother Nature Day Care are all dedicated to working with your children to provide the basics needed for building your child's future. The staff and owners work together as a team, recognizing each other's experience and gifts.

Our teachers are selected for their unique experience, high standards, teaching capabilities and ability to relate to children in a meaningful way. They are all qualified E.C.E.s, registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators. Some have a university education and they all have completed a CPR and First Aid course and have passed criminal reference checks.

During the busiest part of the day, our staff-to-child ratio is one to six. We believe our ratio is more beneficial to the child than the one-to-eight ratio required by the Day Nursery Act.

Teachers at Mother Nature Day Care know they are valued and staff turnover is very low. This gives your child the consistence of care that is so important to their security and development.
